Using your Bendala Mat:
- Place over a sticky mat and spray with water just before practice to enhance grip.
- Our mats are hand-woven and each has its own character. Thank you for understanding that size may vary a bit.
- Bendala mats can also be used as yoga blankets. Roll up and place under your hips in poses where you need a little boost. Cover yourself after your practice to stay warm during savasana. Roll out your mat at home to create a comfortable meditation space.
